Welcome to GetCybr, Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our SaaS cybersecurity platform and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes and your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Access and Use of the Services: (1) We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. (2) You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.

7. User Content: (1) You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content submitted to the Services. (2) You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and communicate your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

9. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that: (1) Is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. (2) Interferes with or disrupts the Services. (3) Infringes any third party’s rights.
10. Disclaimers: (1) The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. (2) We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
12. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
13. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
