What does white-label mean in a GRC platform?
It means the surfaces a client touches carry the practice's name, logo and colours: the portal, the reports and, at some vendors, the email domain and web address. It does not change who builds the software or who is responsible for the service you deliver.
The practical test is what a client's board sees. If the vendor's name appears on a report or a login page, the work looks resold.
What does GetCybr include for white-label?
GetCybr includes white-label portal, marketing kit, custom frameworks in Brand, for every account. The Standard edition has no platform fee. Per-client prices are on the pricing page.
| Surface | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Client portal | Covered | White-label portal, part of Brand. |
| Reports and executive summaries | Covered | Delivered under your brand. |
| Marketing kit | Covered | White-labelled collateral for your own outreach, part of Brand. |
| Custom frameworks | Covered | Your own control sets, part of Brand. |
| Your own web domain | Ask us | Not claimed on this site. Raise it on a call and we will answer plainly. |
GetCybr is platform software; the human vCISO service is supplied and priced separately.
How do vCISOs, consultancies and MSPs use white-label?
Most use it to deliver the same work under their own name: reports and executive summaries for a client's board, a portal where the client sees progress, and collateral for their own marketing. The platform stays in the background.
- An independent vCISO sends a board report that looks like their own practice's document.
- A consultancy gives each client a portal that carries the consultancy's brand.
- An MSP or MSSP adds compliance to its service catalogue without introducing a second brand to clients.
What do other vendors publish about white-label?
Two examples, as published on 2 November 2026. Terms change, so confirm with each vendor.
- 6clicks lists custom colours, logo and email domain for its Advisors and MSPs plan, and your own web domain. Its page does not make clear which plan includes each item, and publishes no prices. Where your own web domain is a hard requirement, 6clicks may be the better fit today. See the GetCybr and 6clicks comparison.
- SimpleRisk says MSSPs can white-label the product on its hosted reseller platform, and states a 36-month term with at least three customer instances. It does not mention custom domains.
What should you ask any vendor about white-label?
Put these to every vendor, including us, and get the answers in writing.
- Is white-label included in the price, or sold as an add-on or a higher tier?
- Which surfaces carry your brand: the client portal, reports, emails and notifications?
- Can you use your own web domain and email domain, and at which tier?
- Does the vendor name appear anywhere a client can see it?
- Can you brand each client differently, or only the practice as a whole?
